Using the Wikipedia article of Mao Zedong, I designed and produced a book that aims to explore a new style to introduce this great revolutionist. The cover means to gather the pieces of impression that are perceived to be this man together to form a whole complicated historical figure.
This book consists of 120 pages, cooperating calligraphic and modern sans-serif type choice. The unique images are created by masking traditional symbols and pull quotes with old photos.
